According to Estonian Literature Centre Ene Mihkelson's poetry has been translated into English, German, Dutch, Galician, Hungarian, Finish, Romanian, Latvian and Lithuanian. Her prose has been translated into Finish, Latvian, German, English, Swedish and Russian.
Her last novel "Plague Grave" (Katkuhaud, 2007) has been published in Finnish (Ruttohauta, 2011) and in Latvian (Mēra kaps, 2014).
Her last poetry collection "The Tower" (Torn, 2010) is published also in Finnish (Torni, 2014), Latvian (Tornis, 2021) and Lithuanian (Bokštas, 2022).
